1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
