At Meadow™, we proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no minimum required. Below are our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping terms.

• Standard items: ship within 1–3 business days.
• Customized / made-to-order: typically 5–7 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking email once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Asia, Middle East & Latin America: 6–16 business days
• Africa & remote regions: 8–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping is always free. However, international orders may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees on arrival. These charges are set by local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

We email tracking once your parcel ships. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID and billing email.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• To update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
• If a parcel is marked “delivered” but missing, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier.
• Report damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging/product.

Shipping Restrictions

• Some oversized or restricted items may be unavailable for certain destinations.
• We may cancel and refund orders to locations unsupported by our carriers.
