These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Meadow™ (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced below.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products in your cart and agree to prices, taxes, and shipping fees shown at checkout.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after submission.
• In rare cases (stockouts/quality rechecks), we may cancel and refund your order or propose alternatives.
• Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to additional terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally via trusted carriers. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days; customized or made-to-order items may require 5–7 business days. International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees assessed by local authorities and payable by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days on eligible items in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized/final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Review our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions and exclusions.

5) Product Care, Food-Safety & Use

Meadow™ Kitchen & Dining products use food-grade materials where applicable. Always follow the care/use guidance on each product page and in packaging; some items are top-rack dishwasher safe, while others require hand-wash only. Do not use products in ways not described by the manufacturer.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, designs, photographs, logos, product names, and software—is owned by Meadow™ or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. 7) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Meadow™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Site and marketing, subject to applicable law.
• You represent your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate/remove content that violates these Terms.

8) Prohibited Activities

• Unlawful use of the Site, including fraud, counterfeit sales, harassment, or IP infringement.
• Interfering with security features, unauthorized access, or scraping the Site.
• Posting spam or misleading claims about Meadow™ products.

9) Warranties Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meadow™ and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meadow™ for the order giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meadow™ from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any rights.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdictions where Meadow™ operates. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction where we are located or where you reside. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

14) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
